How much? How do I know I'm getting a good deal?    

PC Repair Charges for most of our jobs are just £30.00 (or less if it's a **£15 fix**)
This is our minimum charge and we usually find that most viruses and problems can be resolved in this time.

What do I get for my money?
You will receive a first class service, PC repairs to your door or you pop in to us, you will receive an explanation of what the problem was and also how to avoid such problems in the future.

Most important of all - we won't charge you until you are satisfied that your PC is working as you expect it to!

Too often we hear of computers being taken into a shop for repair, being left there for days or even weeks only to find when you get it home - it's still no better.

This is totally unacceptable and definitely not the kind of practice that encourages recommendation.

Value for money is what we like to be recognised for, we have a huge amount of knowledge and experience and invest a great deal of time and money in ensuring your computer problems are resolved in the minimum amount of time - therefore making your invoice affordable and keeping us constantly busy.

Data Recovery Charges.

We charge home users just £15 to examine your hard drive and tell you what data is recoverable.
£40 is the normal charge for a straight forward recovery of data - this is dependent on the state of your hard drive.

Business computer repairs and services.

Our hourly rate for business customers is from just £30 per hour. This includes single pc users and small companies running a "workgroup network type setup"

Companies running Windows Server can expect to pay just £50 per hour.

Companies running Windows Server with a maintenance contract from us can expect to pay just £30 per hour.

All pricing for business customers is tailored to suit your needs so please call for an estimate of hourly charge as this is dependent upon the complexity of your system as well as the time of day (if out of office hours)
